fixed vents sharing texture and not having interaction hitbox's line up 682628cbd5

varies trap bug fix's ... 370edc1d27

- removed my debugging from bank_generator
- only attempt to generate a trap 10 times instead of infinite (prevents crashes when no more traps can be placed)
- prevent traps from generating on top of each other
